Personal xls will not open automatically
Try deleting it or renaming something else. Then record a macro using
personal.xls to create a new one. Then replace with your re-named file.

Whilst I can quite easily work around this, I'd rather Excel opened it

time I start up.
I also tried to add the location of XLSTART to the 'At startup, open all
files in:....' option within ToolsOptionsGeneral but each time I click
on
OK and go back to check, the path is cleared.
What could have caused this? As it always used to work fine. Thanks.
