Replace a warning message...on protected cell
It's work fine...Thank you for your help!
-----Original Message-----
Try using "Data, Validation' from the standard Excel
toolbar
In the settings tab, choose something that a user is
never going to
enter. I often use
'Allow': Decimal
'Data' :equal to
'Value': 0.00095623745 (say)
On the Error Alert, enter your message, e.g.
"You hit a protected cell" in the 'Error message:' text
box
and select the 'Stop' option in the 'Style' drop down box.
An alternative is to type the same message into the box
on the 'Input
Message' tab when you've selected the 'Show input message
when cell is
selected' tick box. This shows the same message
immediately the cell
is selected.
The advantage of this method is that you don't need to
protect the
worksheet.
