I am not sure what you mean by Menu:

A userform with a menu of sheets of active workbook, all
open workbooks?


An actula commandBar Menu option to select a worksheet?
Why not just select the worksheet tab?

I have created a userform that has all the sheets on a
fixed userform. It is fixed over the Menubars. You can
still access the MenuBars with the ALT key but not the
mouse.

It will be uploaded to my site in the next day or two,
before the 15 August 2004.
