Default TextBox - CheckSpelling question

I would like to position a text box 'over' the range "B2:L50".
"B2:L50" would be locked and the textbox disabled when
the workbook is opened, only becoming Visible / Enabled
when a condition is met.
When met, user can type in the textbox, where the text will
wrap, and both the Enter and Tab keys will work normally.

This I can achieve, using a TextBox from the Controls
ToolBar.

What I am not permitted to do, is to then use 'CheckSpelling'
on the user's data.

I've been working with Excel2k, but could use Office 2003
SBE.

How can I change my approach, such that 'CheckSpelling'
will operate on the textBox, please?

Regards.
