I'm helping a coworker with an excel spreadsheet which interfaces
with
an oracle (I believe) database. The template opens fine in Excel 97,
yet fails to produce anything at all when it is used to create a new
file in Excel2003. Excel simply acts as if you had clicked nothing
at
all. The macros aren't loaded, and the page doesn't change.
