Link the checkbox to A1 and in B2 put the formula

=if(A1,100,200)

is checked the value = TRUE and when it is blank the value = FALSE.

ie. Cell A1 has a checkbox and I want to reference cell A1 in cell B2.
So if A1 is checked and the value is true than B2 would change to 100
and if it is false it would stay at 200.
