Has anyone come up with a routine to help memorize sentences or paragraphs.
I was thinking of maybe randomly replacing a word of the piece to be
memorized with*'s. For example:

Four score and seven years ago

would become

Four ***** and seven years ago

would next become

Four ***** and seven years ***

etc. until all words are randomly converted to*'s
