Default Spacing

=trim(a1) gets rid of spaces before and after the contents of a1.
If there are otherwise no spaces in your cells, just do a find/replace. Find
a space and replace with nothing. Replace all.

Hope this helps!

i have about 300 fields in 1 column and there is a space
before most words that doesn't allow me to sort the
column properly as the words with spaces before them are
shown first and then it starts with the alphabets A-Z. Is
there a way to get rid of the spaces infron of the words
collectivelly rather then wasting time to do it 1 by 1.
Thankyou
Hasan
