Hi,
Check that the range for column headers in the source
workbook is still the same. It seems that the column
headers in the source workbook have been moved or one of
them changed/deleted.

Hello,
I am struggling with this one. I have a workbook that is
shared.
Since you can not use PivotTables with a shared file, I
have created a
seperate workbook with a PivotTable that pulls the data
from the first
wookbook. Updating the PivotTable has been fine until
all of sudden I
received an error "The PivotTable field name is not
valid". The first
time I received this error, I couldn't figure it out, so
I recreated
the workbook with the PivotTable. That worked for about
a month, and
the error has come up again. Help....why is this
happening?
Any help or ideas would be truly appreciated! Thank you.
Mike
