This copies Sheet1 from Book1 to Book2, adding the new sheet at the
beginning. It copies the whole sheet including images. The second
line converts all formulas in the UsedRange of the copied sheet to
values:

Workbooks("Book1").Sheets("Sheet1").Copy
Befo=Workbooks("Book2").Sheets(1)
ActiveSheet.UsedRange = ActiveSheet.UsedRange.Value
