I'm using Excel 2002. When viewing the VBA editor in an
Excel workbook, I notice an object called Funcres
(funcres.xla). When I click on it, it asks me for a
password. What exactly is this?
Hi Craig,
This is the add-in file for the Analysis Toolpak. In
the Excel interface
choose Tools/Add-ins from the menu. The Analysis Toolpak
should be close to
the top of the list. Just uncheck it if you don't want
this workbook to load
every time you start Excel. Note that it has to be loaded
in order to use
any of the worksheet functions that are included in it.
