Create Macro - move selected rows to new spread sheet

I would like to mark different rows from my master spread sheet. and
have a macro move a copy of these rows to a new spread sheet. It
would
be nice if the macro would also erase the marks after it has moved
them, from both spread sheet. And maybe name and save the new execl
file.
I bid on different jobs and each jobs is a little different. I would
like to select from my master list the item (rows) that I need for
what every bid that I am working on and move these to my new bid
spread sheet.
