I'm accessing a Word application from Excel VBA (Office 97 SR 2 on Windows NT) in a multi-user network

The program works fine for most users; however for a particular account the Word application crashes (Dr.Watson),
leaving the Excel with an "RPC server unavailable" error.

Future attempts to access a newly opened Word application via GetObject() from the same Excel application will fail

Is there any registry setting / dcomcnfg entry that might cause such a behaviour
