Default Using concatenate to create a multiline with references to cells

Make sure that Wrap Text is turned on for that cell.

I would like to have in 1 (!) cell several values on multiple lines. The
problem is that the values are actually references to other cells, for
example:

A1="a"
A2="b"

then A3 should be a 2 line cell, which on the first line a reference is
made to A1 and on the second line a reference to A2. I was thinking to
solve this using the function concatenate, using char(10) to create the
multiline:

A3 = concatenate(A1; char(10); A2)

However this does NOT work: the references values are only separated by
a box-sign, indicating a nonpritable character. Does anyone know how to
fix this (the references should stay dynamical!).

Thanks,
Jurry.
