Now that I have XP, I can not get a SelfCert.exe digital certificate to
"stick" to any project I create. I set it, and during save I get an error
saying there was a problem with the certificate and the signature is being
discarded. Normally, because of security set-ups at work, I have User
rights only, and can't access anything out of my UserName tree. I
temporarily have Admin rights, though, hoping someone can help me through
this.
