Does it look the same on your machine as it does here in the NG?
Specifically, these lines

.TextFileTextQualifier =
xlTextQualifierDoubleQuote

.TextFileColumnDataTypes = Array(1, 1, 1, 1, 1,
1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, _
1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1)

should each be one single line.
