The issue is that the PDF files are forms that are designed to be printed and then filled out by hand. I want to re-create them in excel so that they can be completed on the system

The forms, when printed, have to look the same in both the original PDF format and excel.

Is there somewhere on the Web where I can get a quote for the work and also ensure that I am dealing with a reputable company/individual
