Putting dollar signs around the lookup range:
Sheet2!$A$1:$B$664
will make it absolute (locked)

So, assuming the lookup values are listed in A2 down
you could put in say, B2:
=VLOOKUP(A2,Sheet2!$A$1:$B$664, 2, FALSE).
and just copy B2 down
