You just have to set each control to a blank or default value

Textbox1.Text = ""
Combobox1.ListIndex = -1
Checkbox1.Value = False

and so forth.

I am hoping someone may be able to assist me with the creation of a User

"OK" button that not only enters text into but that also resets the
User Form in the event I wish to enter a new set of variables (i.e. I

create a "Clear Form" button that might be helpful in the event the
User wanted to remove the client without having to Cancel the Form
however thus far the command only clears One of approximately 25
