It's better to put your question in the body of the message, instead of
the subject line, where some of the text can be cut off.

If you want to remove the file name from the Recently Used file list,
you can do the following:

Choose ToolsOptions
Select the General tab
Remove the check mark from 'Recently used file list"
Click OK

Choose ToolsOptions
Select the General tab
Add a check mark to 'Recently used file list"
Set the number of files
Click OK
