Default Help with "IF" Formula

It works fine for me, although it can be reduced to

=IF(G1120,G112,IF(F1120,F112,E112))+365

Can't seem to get this right.

It works if there is data in Cell G112 or F112. But returns a #Value error
if both G112 & F112 are NULL

Ideally what should happen is this.

The due column "H" should show thenext due date. The due date is

calculated
by adding 365 days to the last completed date. The last completed date

could
be in column E~G. I want to start by looking at "G" if ISNULL then check

"F"
is ISNULL then use data from "E". Esle add 365 days to the first column it
findsdata in
