Perhaps there is an easier way, but this should work--provided you have the
RGB values for the colors you need (If you don't, you should be able to
figure out what they are in Illustrator with the color palette).

Open an new Excel workbook. Go to Tools | Options | Color. Customize the
existing color palette to the colors of your choice. Note: There are only 56
colors available in Excel at any one time--if you need more than that, you
will need to continue doing what you are doing. Also, if the colors you need
vary significantly each time, this method won't be any more efficient than
what you are doing.
Save the file as Colors.xls.
When you need to put the colors into a different spreadsheet.
1. Open both the destination workbook and Colors.xls.
2. Make sure the destination workbook is the avtice workbook.
3. Go to Tools | Options | Color and pick Colors.xls from the drop-down list
for Copy colors from.

With all of that done, you can then apply the colors directly to the
destination workbook.
If you have to do this for a lot of colors, this will seem like a lot of
work. Just remember that you only have to set the colors choices once
(provided you are using the same colors each time), then just reuse
Colors.xls.

The system now is PC excel to PDF to PC Illustrator - change colors to pms
then resave as PDFs for Mac InDesign. Toooooooo long!
