Default MANAGING MACROS

Hi Angie,

You should have tried it<VBG.

You can record that action as well, and continue recording. The date you
pick will be input into the recorded macro.

Dates do pose a problem though, due to international settings. When you
record the macro, the criteria will be a string similar to this "<25-Feb",
where the format reflects the format of your date column The problem comes
if you want to change this to a variable value in your macro, such as
Today. I did this with a similar problem, and the way I got around it was to
set the criteria format to the same format as the first date in my filtered
column, like this

Columns(1).AutoFilter Field:=1, Criteria1:="<" & Format(Date,
Range("A2").NumberFormat)
