This is one of those things that you can solve by recording a macro:
I got this line:
ActiveSheet.Protect DrawingObjects:=True, Contents:=True, Scenarios:=True
xl didn't record the actual password. But I could look at help and see that I
need something like:
ActiveSheet.Protect DrawingObjects:=True, _
Contents:=True, Scenarios:=True, password:="hi"
