Obviously, I cannot test of the recommendations below. You may also
want to search support.microsoft.com on the subject.

Try Help | Detect and Repair...

If that doesn't help, reinstall by using the CD containing the Office
XP Pro software. Select the custom install option and ensure you
install the Analysis ToolPak.
