Default Calling lookup table gurus.

Joseph,

Your description leaves a lot of possibilities with what you want in sheet2.
I could make a lot of assumptions and suggest a solution, but it might not
be what you want. How about making a simple 2 sheet workbook with your
sheet1 layout and data filled in and a sheet2 with what you want it tolook
like (what the result of the formulas would produce) and I can suggest some
solutions. You can email me at

Hi all,

I need serious help with this. I have a staff break rota on sheet1 that
is updated from a couple of userforms full of tickboxes. What I need to
do now in sheet two is some kind of table that updates in sheet2 as the
range in sheet1 is updated. I have a feeling its some kind of lookup,
but Im not sure, are lookups dynamic, and is this the solution I need?

So what I would end up with:

Sheet1: A row of times with user names appearing underneath as they
select 10 minute (ie 8:30-8:40, 8:40-8:50 etc)timeslots on the userform
(I've got this bit).

Sheet2: A row of 9 slots containing selected breaks and a column of
names, both to update as sheet1 is filled in. (This data will change on
a daily basis. I also need to 'UnUpdate' if the user removes themself
from the table in sheet1. (The userform has a button for this).

I've been scratching my head over this for ages now and am about ready
to commit hare kare and give up. Help!

Thanks in advance
