Default Addressing envelopes

Look at the mail merge feature in Word. It can do this using excel as a
source for the addresses. Actually, there is an envelopes and labels feature
just below the mail merge which is actually used for this. Both are under
the tools menu. There is a wizard that will walk you through the process.
