I was using Walkenbach's Power Programming to develop a "Splash Screen" to
display a corporate logo on my spreadsheets when they are opened.

The issue I wish to get around is the need for the user to select the
"Enable Macro's" option in order for the screen to appear.

I certainly appreciate hearing from anyone who knows of a way to incorporate
such feature.
