Default Macro for recalculating

You can force recalculation see areas around F9 usages in

You shouldn't have any problem downloading clock,
timers, countdown times from the internet that are
more or less dedicated to the one task and would
not interfere with your Excel use, and should be more
accurate not being backlogged within Excel.

which also has some examples of timers / alarm clock
that run in Excel.

Hi all,

I am trying to create a countdown timer. I want the formula to
recalculate at a certain interval. Does anyone know a macro that will
do this?

Thanks,

Jeff
