Hi Gordon,
Not in the manner you suggest.

Normally you would have the worksheet in full screen within the Excel
Window. Change Full Screen to Normal for the spreadsheet (not Excel)
Then use Window (menu), New
then change the sheetname
you should have both sheets in view

As soon as you did the "New" above you will note that the window shows
workbookname.xls:1 and workbookname.xls:2
at that point you could exit either one and the name of the other would
revert back to the normal view workbookname.xls

Rather than moving boundaries around yourself you might want to also use
Window (menu), Arrange, Vertical (side by side)
The normal arrangement is Tiled
