Select the entire table of data and Do Data / Filter / Autofilter. Then click on the little dropdwon arrow that you will see in the cell with 'Level' in it. Select 2 and hit OK. You will noew see just the data you wish to remove. Select all the 2s, then do Edit / Go To / Special / Visible cells only and then do Edit / Delete / Entire Row.
