Default freeze panes...perhaps in microsoft script editor

Freeze panes is a built in Excel capability and doesn't support what you
describe. You could split pane and simulate this behavior.

i want to "freeze panes" in excel; but i want the frozen pane to be the
bottom part and i want the top part to scroll. Is there any way of
doing this, perhaps in microsoft script editor? If so, please give me
the HTML code or whatever instructions or advice possible.
