there's an easy solution to your problem:

take 3 dice, 3 friends, 4 bottles of beer, a piece of paper, a pen and have
fun. :))

this sort of game for sure is not what excel is made for, except if you are
a good excel programmer who does it for fun. i do not believe that someone
will do this rather complex job for you, however, i am sure that you will
get help if you ask specific questions about specific problems (how to
calculate good random numbers, how to do this and that...).
