From a previous post by Tom Ogilvy,
In the VBE with this workbook as the Active Project, look in Tools
References and see if you see any references marked as missing. If so,
either browse for them or unselect them.

I have this code in my executable:
taskno = ActiveSheet.Range("c65536").End(xlUp).Value
If taskno = Range("c1").Value Then
taskno = Right(Year(Now()), 2) & "-" & Init & "-00"
Else
If Left(taskno, 2) < Right(Year(Now()), 2) Then
taskno = Right(Year(Now()), 2) & "-" & Init & "-00"
End If
End If
I have other areas in my code looking for "Mid", "Left", "Right" and
changing text from mixed/lower case to UCase. In Excel 97 - this code
worked fine. Now I get the "Compile Error, Can't find Project or
Library and the error stops on the "Right", "Mid", "Left" etc. I get
this error in Excel 2000 and 2002.
I know I've run into this problem before, but for whatever reason, I
can't seem to get to the answer now.
Basically, this code is to count a task number with a persons initials
based on the year the task is generated in.
The "result" would look like this: 03-TH-00 for the first task of the
year, then the next task would be 03-TH-01 and so on.
