only getting gray borders?
In excel 2000, the user is trying to simply put a black boarder on the bottom
of a range of cells, no matter what color or type they select it always comes out gray, using the Borders icon on the toolbar, and using format cells/boarder . any ideas why? Thank you. |

tools/options/view - color- set it to automatic and then rant about why
anyone would set it to some random shade of gray.
