Conditional page break if merged rows won't fit on the page.
I am building a spreadsheet with groups of 2-8 rows merged in column A. Is
there a way to insert a conditional page break if a specific group of merged cells won't fit together at the bottom of a page. I know page breaks can be inserted manually, but I don't want to have to go back and adjust them all as I add more data within the spreadsheet. Would some sort of macro work? Thanks. |

I don't believe conditional page breaks exist in Excel. You are right
however in that a Macro would do the trick. Try posting on the Excel Programming forum. I'm afraid it would take me too long to put together an example for you.
