Default Conditional formats- paste special formats?

I have cells highlighted with conditional formats. I want to copy the cells
that are highlighted onto another sheet and have the cells stay the same
color even when the number is changed?

Then you will need to use Format, Cells, Patterns, and select the
desired color.
