Default How to reference the value from another cell in a VLOOKUP table array

Hi all,

Excel user with basic skills he I am trying to produce a sheet which will do various calculations, based on a filtered selection. I have looked at the SUBTOTAL function, but it cannot do all of the calculations I want it to do.

Basically, what I would like is for a VLOOKUP table array to be based on the value in another cell.

My lookup range is currently S3:S162. I would like the 162 in "S162" to be the value which is located in cell B164 (this is a SUBTOTAL, function 103), +2.

I've had a play with the INDIRECT function, but cannot seem to type the correct thing, if indeed the correct thing is at all possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
