tired of finding my data scrambled

Default Excel sorting problems

I have a huge document that I must sort all the time, the trouble is i'm not
the only one who does searches and sorts in the thing so I need a way to lock
the rows together so that they don't come apart if someone only grabs a
portion of the row any suggestions
