Default GO FROM ONE WORKSHEET TO ANOTHER WITHOUT CLICKING

I am working within one workbook and want to know how to go from one
worksheet to another without using the mouse. Is there a keystroke I can use?

Hi,

Ctrl + Page Up to move to worksheet to left and Ctrl + Page Down to move to
worksheet to right.

Thanks,
Matt
