Default How do I view a JPEG file from data selected in Excel

I would like to select and display from a database of digital photos based
upon criteria selected in Excel. For example, if from drop down lists the
user selects FOOD, BAKERY, PIE, CHERRY I would like to look up and open a
JPEG file of a cherry pie. The JPEG files are categorized already in an
Excel database.
