Default Help with values

I have attached a copy of the workbook below and what i am asking is
this. I have multiple reserve locations by SKU, for example sku:247294
has two backup locations (r2023,r4007)and in the next column the total
amount of units extra that will fit into the location. What i want to
work out is will reserve location 2(r4007) stock fit into reserve
location 1 (r2023)and vice versa.
Then workout for the remaining SKU's
