Formula/functions
(1) Start Date:January 13, 2007 (B3;)
(2) I have column C1:C12 with months from January to December. (3) In D1:D12 you have 1 each month. (4) In E1:E12 you sum them so in januay you have 1, february you have 2 and continue to december you have 12. (5) You start a new year with 12 in January an earn another 1 make it 13. (6) you want to make the sum for January in cell E1 only not greater than 1, it can be less base on the start date. you want to automatically get rid of the 12 you have the previous year without seeing the subtraction. In other word every time you get to the end of that start month it can be 1 or less. -- KK |
