cell value instead of formula?
Scenario:
B9: =WORKDAY(D$4,1,'SET UP'!Q$12:Q$30) Q5: = B9 formatted as date 01/05/09 N5: = Q5 formatted as day Monday G9: =IF(('ADIMOOLAH,RILEY'!R$7)=$N$5,"FLEX","") ('ADIMOOLAH,RILEY'!R$7)= Monday G9 won't return "FLEX" unless I key the word "Monday" in the cell. I am assuming that it has something to do with looking at the formula in N5 instead of the result of the formula. Other cells will be looking for a match with "Wednesday", others, "Friday". How do I get this to work? Thanks in advance |

Thank you for submitting, I didn't try yours, cause it would have involved a
lot more editing than Shane's suggestions, but I do appreciate your help.
