Default Why do some Excel files I save have 36+ random characters on the e

I have a quick question. For some reason a bunch of my Excel 2007 files have
a huge string of random characters attached to the end of the filename and I
don't know how they got there and how to stop it from happening. Could
anyone let me know? I would greatly appreciate it.
