Default Cannot Open .xlsx files

I have Office 2007 installed,but I can't open .xlsx files directly by double
clicking it.I should start excel 2007 first and then have to open files from
it!The default program is set to Microsoft excel and all the properties looks
good as well !Can anyone pls suggest?

Default Cannot Open .xlsx files

This seems to be a common problem in xl2007.

Sometimes just doing something else -- like clicking on the Office button will
be enough to show that workbook's window.
