Default macro to insert lines for 3 sections

I have a spreadsheet that has three separate sections that I want to create a
macro for each section to insert 10 lines. The issue is that I only know the
start of the first section but there may have been lines inserted before. I
can lable the start of each section and I tried an offset then insert , but
not sure how the code should be.

Is there a web site to lookup how to code in Excel or is it VB code?

thanks
