Splitting up data by spaces
I have a list of names in one column, all of which are different lengths,
which I want seperating into different columns e.g. Smith John Mr Mr John Smith Johnson Pauline Miss Miss Pauline Johnson Any ideas? Regards, Nick |

Splitting up data by spaces
If your data is consistent as your example.
You could use DataText to ColumnsSpace delimited then swap A and C columns.
