Hello all:

I have a share workbook, there is only text, but the size is 4.8MB,
So I go to tools and uncheck the share workbook check box, the size reduce
to 800kb.
the next time I change the workbook, the size is still 800Kb.

This makes more senses.

But I don't know why before is so big.

Do I need to do the same step to keep the normal size?
