Default How to entre a "pattern" in a column chart? "used to be in 2003"

In Excel 2003, the column chart could be filled with a "pattern". Is there a
similar option in Excel 2007?

They removed it from the user interface, but Andy Pope found it in VBA and
programmed a little add-in to do it for you:
